The key to a great document management systems is it's ability to retrieve a document. Each document is assigned to a contact. Each contact can be assigned to a company or group. So documents can be retrieved by choosing a contact & viewing those documents. The documents can also be retrieved by company or group. It doesn't get much simpler than that.
Documents can be acquired by scanning or using our paperless driver to capture any document you can print (without actually printing it). This saves both ink & toner.
The images are stored as tiff images. We chose this format to create a smaller file on disk. Each document can be converted to a PDF. These can be printed or emailed.
