Don't Lose your documents.   Always backup.  You should have a local backup & a online backup.  Check out our online backups from carbonite or mozy.                                     

If you are going to enter the paperless world,  Then backups are very important.  Since they are important you should not rely on only one type of backup.

You should do a local backup, on something like a portable hard drive.  Remember images will take up a lot of space on your hard drive.  One page in black & white should be about 30k.  This will vary slightly depending on your system.

We also suggest you use a online backup service.  You may have noticed links to Mozy & Carbonite.  Both of these are excellent on line data storage services.

The great thing about them is they are always backing up.  Should you forget you local backup, they will not.

They are great for any kind of natural disaster.   Fires, Hurricanes, Tornados, your back up is safe in another location.
